Booking and cancellation policy

Bookings:

In order your reservation to be valid, you should deposit in our  account  50% of the total value of reservation.
For 1 overnight stay you should deposit the 100% of value.
The placement of additional bed costs 10 more Euros.
Children up to 2 years, since an additional bed is not required, reside free of charge.

Cancellations:

For cancellations beyond 21 days from the expected date of arrival, there is no charge and the advance are returned.
For cancellations by 21 days and under the expected date of arrival, you are debited with the 50% of total value of reservation.
In case of delayed arrival, you are debited with the 100% of total value of reservation, as it was programmed.
In case of early departure for any cause, you pay the days you stayed and 50% of the rest of the days.
